These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of tuitionrocks.com and your purchase of digital products from Tuition Rocks. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products
We sell digital study material (for example PDF sample-paper bundles with solutions), delivered as a downloadable file. No physical product is shipped. Product descriptions, contents and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where shown at checkout.
2. Independent educational material
Our material is independently prepared by Tuition Rocks for practice. It is not an official publication of CBSE, ICSE or any other board. The papers follow the published exam pattern but are not actual board papers, and we do not guarantee any particular exam question, mark or result.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed after successful payment through Razorpay. We may cancel an order and refund you if a product is wrongly priced or unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Delivery
Downloads are available instantly after payment from your order confirmation and from My Account on this site. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay’s terms and timelines. If you face any problem with a download, write to us at info@tuitionrocks.com.
5. Licence and acceptable use
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own (or your child’s) study. You must not copy, resell, share, upload, post or distribute the files, in whole or in part, including on messaging groups, social media, file-sharing or marketplace sites. We may withdraw access and take action for misuse.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, questions, solutions, design and the Tuition Rocks name and logo, belongs to Tuition Rocks and is protected by copyright law.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our material in good faith and take care to make it accurate, but it is provided “as is” for practice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam results. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
