This Privacy Policy explains what information Tuition Rocks collects when you use tuitionrocks.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, student class, billing address and any message you send through our forms (for example demo-class requests, contact and review forms).
- Purchase information: the products you buy, order amount, and billing details needed to issue your download and invoice.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies, collected through standard website analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To process orders and deliver your digital downloads.
- To respond to enquiries, schedule demo classes and provide tuition services.
- To send order confirmations and, only where you have agreed, study tips, sample papers and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website, products and services, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay through our store platform, SureCart. We do not see or store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Razorpay handles that information under its own privacy policy.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and store (payment gateway, hosting, email and analytics providers), and when required by law.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep the store and your account working and to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no online system is completely secure.
